Hello gang

thought i,d better introduce myself as i,ve been registered on the forum since april
My name,s Paul,i,m forty something, just getting back into biking after a gap of 25 years.used to ride 250,s on a provisional back in those days.previous bikes i,ve had are kh250triple,rd250,rd250lc and c70(bog seat)
Did my cbt with Rob back in april, really enjoyed the day,
I,ve since passed my theory and had 3 day,s out on the road with Robert on the 500.
when i was riding in the late 70,s early 80,s,you could go out at 17year,s old buy yourself a 250 and go on the road  its a wonder i,m still here.I learned more about safe riding on my cbt than i ever did on my own.
Got my test this thursday at Newcastle, fingers crossed i,ll soon be back on the road

go steady paul

Hi Paul,

Welcome. Yours sounds like the similar route to me i.e. 250's on 'L' plates and a return to biking later.

Got to agree that the training now makes a big difference.

Hope all goes well on Thursday - I'm sure you'll be OK.

Good luck, Steve.
