Starter bike with ABS?

Postby pre-beginner on Tue Jun 12, 2007 4:35 pm

Hi there,

I'm stuck in a bit of a pickle, in that I want to ride, but having experienced wheels in a car locked under braking, have no desire to ride a bike without ABS.

Does anyone know if there are any 125cc bikes out there, ie starter bikes, that have ABS- even as a potentially massively expensive option? Oh, and especially manual ones! I've seen a couple of twist and go scooters, but I don't ultimately want an automatic, and so don't want to learn on one.

I'd be ever so grateful if anyone has any suggestions,

ta,

I can't think of any instantly, but if they are made I will find out!
Why do you want ABS on a 125cc ?
A lot of new models have disc on front, drum on back, and if used correctly (see skills category for braking) are adequate.
