The number of bikes and mopeds in central London now is amazing - a significant and noticeable increase on say 18mths ago. Cabbie told me they do not have to pay the C-charge and get free parking - where there used to be central reservations there are now parking bays for bikes on numerous roads. Will try and get some pics on my BB. The driving / riding in rush hour is a bit like that opening scene in Mad Max - glad I didn't have to do my CBT here!

Back when the Congestion charges were introduced, CBT waiting lists were 6 months around London

Also most training schools took the shortcut, to get more done only completed CBT on mopeds, so yes I bet you are glad you did'nt complete your CBT there!!
