Honda Hornet For Sale - £2200

Postby keepy on Tue May 27, 2008 2:37 pm

I'm selling my Honda CB600F Hornet - £2200

I'll update this post later with some upto date pictures, but there are some already on the forum to keep you going until then :-) :

http://www.motorcycle-training-forum.com/ftopic1137_my-new-honda-hornet.html

The bike has only been used for the odd day trip into the Pennines and a few weekend runs.

Reason for selling: I'm after something slower, noisier, with more chrome that I need to grow a beard before I ride it ;-)

haha! Yeah beard has gone out of the window too! Which is only a good thing, cos I can’t grow a tash and its has plenty of grey in it nowadays!

I got a new contract for a job in Manchester (start in a couple of weeks) so I can actually use it for commuting, I'm in North Liverpool in Bootle at the time of writing this, which is one motorway too far to be going every day on a Hornet.

I've treated the bike though in case I hurt it’s feelings when I put it up for sale and got it some nice new parts:

Rear carbon Hugger, SkidMarx 'High' Screen (light smoked), front fender extender, Belly Pan (custom fitted, still to be sprayed), Scottoiler & some crash bungs (R&G). So I'd have to clear a little more space in the garage before I go buying another cos the Hornets a keeper now!

But a Blade or a Sportster would still be a nice addition to the garage!
