Advanced Riding information seminar

Postby Mike Moloney on Fri Feb 13, 2009 11:59 am

Good day everyone. Rob has once again been gracious enough to offer up his spacious and well-lit chambers for explanation and discussion of the DSA Enhanced Rider Scheme and advanced rider training. We've scheduled a session for this coming Wednesday, 18 February at 7:30 pm and we'll only take up about an hour of your time. There's no cost to you to attend this meeting and in fact you could potentially end up saving some money on your bike insurance by pursuing an Enhanced Rider Insurance Certificate. Ultimately the biggest benefit to you from enhancing your riding skills is the discovery of just how much more pleasurable your biking can be when you ride with more confidence and competence.

Could we please have a show of hands from those who are planning to attend this meeting?

Cheers,

Good day everyone:

As there has been very little interest expressed to date Rob and I have agreed to postpone this week's Enhanced/Advanced Rider information seminar to later in March or early April. By that time more of you will have seen your bikes emerge from the long winter's hibernation. In the meantime, should you have any questions regarding the Enhanced Rider Scheme or advanced riding please don't hesitate to get in touch with Rob or myself.

Ride safe,

Mike Moloney

Top Tip: First Bike on Scene (FBOS). If you’ve ever wondered whether there is a first aid course that directly relates to your riding then this is it. It won’t qualify you for neurosurgery but it will leave you with the simple, practical and essential roadside skills that could easily save someone’s life. Highly recommended. For more information regarding FBOS go to: http://www.firstaid-training.com/firstbikeonscene.asp
