 I've been up since 10:30am cos I had a check up at the doctors  I wouldn't usually mind (much...) but I only got to bed at 5:30am! :P

Apparently my body is still working... though it doesn't feel like it right now! I did warn the nurse that my blood pressure wouldn't be quite normal, due to the alcohol that's still in my system. In fact, it made a better reading than when I'm sober!

Another hour and I might finally feel sober...

Fuse- Depending on where I am next season, I may be up for a go. If you can stand having a girlie around ;)

dont worry about girls riding there are plenty of them in general, and my sister rides in our team - there is even an all girl team or 2 as well!

Hey up James Welcome aboard.

I like yourself had been contemplating for some years about taking my bike test so in July this year I took my theory, on the 4th, passed my CBT with Rob & Andy on the 8th, and started my DAS with Rob on the 9th and finaly passed my test at Macc on the 16th and was one happy bunny!!

I am now the very proud owner of a GSXR1000 k1 and clocking the miles up.

With the excellent training that I received from Rob I am sure you will have no problems in obtaining your pass certificate.

Good Luck M8 on your journey to a pass and well done on your CBT.

Regards
Mark

Grr failed it :( missed a 30 speed limit sign and was doign 40 for about 200 yards till i worked it out - but that was all it took, one serious fault and it was all over. U turn etc which i was fretting about was sound rest of the ride was ok.

Gonna get booked in again asap and pass t next time!

i think some of the minor faults were a bit pedantic by the examiner though, got 2 minors for not taking a left lifesaver coming off a roundabout straight on, instead i took a right - as your trained to do!!

Anyay off to the pub later to commiserate :D

Bad luck James (its Paul who you watched go the same way on Weds). At least you cracked the U'ies so the next time should be a breeze! Doesnt sound like a nice way to fail though but i found a series of pints topped off with a large donner (extra chilli sauce) and the gutted feeling went away.
