thats it with NTL when it works its great, when it doesnt you cant speak to anybody to fix the damn thing

you would think out of cursity when you miss a evening
of services they would give you something back like a couple
of free films

Nah that would just be too nice and would cost them some money. its like when NTL lost the whole sky channel package thing - when i complained they said that they channels they offered instead were regarded as equivalent - but i dont see how 5 channels advertising themselves is the same as sky 1, i must be thick or something. I dont really watch TV but its more the principal than anything.

untill my latest property, (i move every five months or so....) i have been with NTL at all of them for a mix of tv Bband and phone over the years. They do like to mess people about and the one thing i have learned and have proved. If you take the name of the person you speak to, the date you speak to them and a note of the time. you can use these to get what ever you want from them. I just those details to get them to pay for my Bband for an entire year. To have to take the telephone attitude of smiling nicely while you stick a blade in their kidneys, twist and then break it off.
Then ask them for the head office details stating that you are starting an official personal and professional complaint. make that complaint (write the letter, remember the same attitude as before).
They then give you anything you want.

only if that were true, but for that i'd need to move every four months .
hopefully where i am now i will stay for a while, as i have been here for four months now and usually i'd be looking again by now.
