Do you know anyone that has commercial premises and land to lease?
Ideally situated alongside A34, anywhere between Wilmslow (Cheshire) and Newcastle-Under-Lyme (Staffordshire) It would need to be of suitable surface, tarmac of sort, and level and brick construction for premises.

Land size required roughly 400feet x 150feet.
However would consider minimum of 80feet x 30feet.
It would be good also to have some form of premises/industrial for storage, size not important.

If you know anyone that has land that would be interested in leasing out, we would be interested for the purpose of conducting our CBT, and pre-test training, with the facility to use 7 days a week. This is a structured/controlled use and would benefit anyone interested in being introduced into motorcycle riding.

If we were able to secure such premises/land, RJH would come up with a worthwhile incentive for the person responsible for the introduction!

Perhaps a DAS course or something similar-negotiable.
