Postby rjh_786Bn on Sat Sep 01, 2007 6:19 pm

Congleton to Oudenburg - Belgium. August Bank Holiday weekend 4 days totalling 1,200 miles. The new Pan European did not let us down, 2 up, fully loaded, plenty of power, and comfort, just ate the miles and wanted more.......................................

Gotta go again, weather great, food drink etc............... Group of 5 bikes, including JT, 8 of us in total.

Left Congleton on Thursday morning , travelled down and met JT in Stafford, and rode down via Cotswolds, stayed overnight in Tunbridge Wells. Friday noon Ferry crossing to Calais, and travelled up the Highway to Oudenburg, for Friday night.

Saturday Jacci and I went down into France, first Dunkirk, and then Lepar, back to Oudenburg in Belgium for food etc..........

Sunday JT and I went down to Lepar, in France and then further into St Omer.

Monday left Oudenburg at 9.30am back to Calais and Dover and straight home arriving back into Congleton at 5.30pm
