Rob, have been trying to return your pm's but keep getting an error code and so - no reply.

Thought I'd just tell you I'm not a miserable g*t who is ignoring you (no more than usual

)

I have a friend who is too ill to ride anymore, however he is a wizzo with planning etc.

He has planned (and ridden) in a number of the nationals, the Welsh etc and knows more about planning for a bash then me.

My fireman friend (yes I've got one!) is also keen and so should another one or two - dates dependent.

I think Ive had the same problem as JT. I tried to send you a PM yesterday but got this error message:

General Error

Failed sending email :: PHP ::

DEBUG MODE

Line : 234
File : emailer.php

I can see it sat in my Outbox. Will try and send it to you again. Let me know if you get it.

its said that for a while now but the message still goe,s thought what i do is leave it in my outbox until the other person replys

This is what started to happen on our phpbb board just before it crashed :evil:

make sure you do a backup Rob just in case.

Its quite a common problem with phpBB - the basic problems is that the its trying to send an email out but its failing (but sending the PM). Its basically a server configuration problem, i wont over complicate it, but you need to change to SMTP configuration on the forums.
