Hey to everybody.

My name is Chris and i am currently doing my CBT, looking to buy my first bike somtime next week (hopefuly a Mito).
Look forward to talking to more experienced riders.

p.s. does anybody know a good garrage in Liverpool that would be able to fit restrictors on a Mito?
Alternatively my next door neighbour is a fully qualified mechanic with about 8 years experince riding bikes, would the restrictor kit be expensive to buy? if not i am sure he wouldnt mind fitting it for me.

Hi Chris,
Welcome to the forum and good luck with your test!

Restrictors are quite easy to fit providing you can get one, have a look on ebay for one :D

Don't you need a certificate from the fitting garage for insurance purposes? (someone told me you did?)

Great news and well done!

There is a great section on here under Motorcycling Skills which gives some great tips on riding in icy/winter weather!

Worth a look :D
